What Is the 75 Phoenix Challenge?

Born from a realization that true growth lies in consistent daily effort, the 75 Phoenix Challenge is not just a program – it's a commitment to excellence in all aspects of life. Designed for the relentless, the aspirational, and the visionary, this challenge is your path to mastering your mind, body, and soul.

Every day for 75 days, you'll engage in transformative activities that foster physical strength, mental resilience, and emotional intelligence. It's a journey of daily habits that build a lifetime of extraordinary achievements.

We understand that each day can bring unique challenges, especially for high achievers with demanding schedules. Therefore, we've introduced a more flexible approach to task completion:

  • Daily Completion Rate: Achieve at least 80% of all the tasks every day. Some days, you will get 100; some days, you will fall short. And that’s ok. No one ever fails if they don’t try. The goal is to build the habit of being comfortable with failing. This means that you went after something that was actually challenging. For instance, Google’s rule of goal setting is to have 50% of their goals with a 50% chance of success.

  • 💨 Daily Effort Counts: Even if you can't complete a task fully, showing up and giving your best effort counts towards your daily goals. For instance, a shorter workout or a brief mindfulness session is still a step in the right direction.

  • ➿ Streamlined Tasks: We've designed each task to be impactful yet manageable within a reasonable time frame.

  • ✨ Quality Over Quantity: It's about the quality and intention behind each activity, not just the duration. A 20-minute focused workout or a 10-minute deep meditation can be as effective as longer sessions.

  • Your life doesn’t get better by chance, it gets better by change.

    Imagine being able to face life's twists and turns with a calm, centered approach. That's what psychological flexibility is all about. It means moving towards your goals, even when it's tough, without letting your emotions call all the shots.

  • Step Beyond the Incremental

    So many of us are caught in the grind – always doing more, but not necessarily achieving more. It's like running on a treadmill; lots of effort, but not much progress.

    Now, picture this: stepping into a world where it's not about doing more, but doing what truly matters. That's the exponential mindset. It's about honing in on what really makes a difference and letting go of the rest. Think quality over quantity, big leaps over small steps.

The 75 Phoenix Challenge

Daily Rules

  • MIND

    Add Friction to your day - it’s all about willpower and stamina, eating the frog, and going for this run you don’t want to do. Intentionally include challenging tasks daily.

    However, ensure that the tasks aren't excessively overwhelming to avoid burnout.

    Read 10 Pages of a Non-Fiction Book - Related to self-improvement or personal development.

    Journaling - 10 minutes every day with our 75 Phoenix prompts.

    Wake up before 5.30 am - every day.

    Silence Periods + Digital detox - Include periods of silence and digital detox in your routine, at least half a day per week.

    - OR Breathwork Techniques - Practice daily to regulate your nervous system.

    Neuroplasticity Exercises for 15 min - Engage in activities promoting brain growth and development. This could include learning new skills, practicing a musical instrument, or engaging in complex problem-solving tasks.

    Vision and Eye Training - Include exercises for improving different aspects of vision.

    - OR Goal Visualization every morning

    Skill - Spend at least 30 min daily on learning a new skill.

    - OR Scientific Learning- Dedicate time each day to learning about human performance such as neuroscience or psychology,

    Subconscious - Listen to hypnotherapy and train your chains of thoughts every day

  • BODY

    Sunlight- Watch the sunrise and sunset daily for 15 min.

    Follow a Diet- Whole food, no processed food; no cheat meals allowed.

    Weekly fasting- Either start with a 4-day water fast or fast for one full day each week.

    No Alcohol or Cheat Meals - The challenge requires complete abstinence from alcohol and strict adherence to the chosen diet, with no cheat meals allowed.

    Hydration - Drink about 3.8 litres (a gallon) of water daily.

    Workouts - Complete two daily workouts (min 45 min)

    - one outdoor, zone 2 cardio (and/or 10,000 steps the days you can’t commit to 2 full workouts)

    - one with extreme intensity

    - 2 slow days with Physical Mobility and Flexibility Work - Focus on improving mobility and flexibility.

    Cold Exposure- for physical and mental resilience.

    - Cold Shower daily

    - and/or 3x2 min of ice baths

    Heat Exposure- Regularly incorporate heat-based activities (30 min per week)

    Structured Sleep Optimization- Emphasize quality sleep with a consistent schedule. Utilize techniques to improve sleep quality, such as reducing blue light exposure before bed, maintaining a cool sleep environment, and possibly incorporating a wind-down routine.

  • SOUL

    15 minutes of silence and reflection

    Daily Acts of Kindness and Service - Help a stranger every day, or just make someone smile !

    Daily Gratefulness Practice - List 5 things you're grateful for..

    Appreciate Yourself - Acknowledge 5 personal strengths daily.

    Daily Spiritual Reading - One page a day to expand your worldview. (Daily Stoic, Daily Inspiration by Robin Sharma, Brianna Wiest, etc.)

    Pursue Your Passion for 15 Min Daily - Engage in activities you love.

    Experiment Weekly - Try something new each week.

    Weekly Community Connection - Participate in activities that nurture relationships that are important to you.

    Nature Connection - Spend time in nature not just for physical workouts but for spiritual rejuvenation as well. This could involve mindful walks, meditating in a natural setting, or simply spending quiet time absorbing the natural world.

    Digital Detox - Regular periods of disconnection from digital devices to foster deeper connections with oneself and the surrounding world. This can also help in reducing stress and mental clutter. **At least one day per week.**

    - And your phone in silent mode, gray scale, most of the time …

    - consider shorter, more frequent digital detox periods if not sustainable or disruptive to your lifestyle
